The Budget Double or Twin Room was cramped with paper-thin walls. Could hear general noises and the lift running all night. The elevator barely fit two people and moved like molasses. No kettle or fridge in the room limited conveniences, and having to leave the key at reception created unnecessary delays when returning to the room.

Madrid's vibrant Gran Via district. The staff were extraordinarily friendly, which enhanced our stay. Although the room was a bit compact, it was comfortable and well-maintained. It was indeed a peaceful retreat amidst the city's hustle, making our stay enjoyable overall.

absolutely not worth the hype! my room was right next to the rattling elevator, making it hard to sleep, and the bathroom felt like a relic of the past. i expected a warm welcome or even a room upgrade for such atrocious conditions, but alas. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. never again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Negresco Gran Via. The location was fantastic, just off Gran Via, allowing for easy access to various attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries I had.

Despite these setbacks, the location made it worthwhile for sightseeing.

The location is excellent! It’s in the dead center of the city, perfect for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered assistance with local tours. Breakfast had a lovely variety, especially the croissants (yummy! ).
